Like many women I still do my makeup almost daily. Makeup is not a necessary ingredient for mental health it certainly does not hinder. There’s so many options when looking at what is available for make-up products including BB Cream and CC Cream. What’s the difference? Essentially BB Cream is for light coverage while CC cream is for more coverage.
BB Cream is for light coverage
BB cream is a light coverage foundation. BB stands for Beauty Balm. It’s brightens the skin while not covering too much. The freckles still shine through! There are many types but I recommend MAYBELLINE New York Dream Fresh Skin Hydrating BB cream. It my be lightweight but it is also a SPF 30 mineral sunscreen. Sunscreen is the No. 1 anti-aging cream so this BB Cream foundation packs a punch.
CC Cream is for more coverage
CC cream is for medium or full coverage foundation. CC Stands for Color Correcting. It’s the power needed when you’re having one of those days. Acne, a bit too much under the eyes, or other skin problems. CC cream has you covered. I thoroughly enjoy the development with dermatologists NEUTROGENA Clear Coverage Color Correcting CC Cream. The foundation has some medication for acne and is perfect for when the skin needs a little bit more coverage than what BB cream is for.
Makeup and Mental Health
When I look in the mirror after a makeup application I feel more beautiful, charismatic, and powerful. I feel like an artist during my voluntary applications. Emphasis on voluntary. There is no mandatory application of make-up in any realm. Enjoy your beautiful face however you please. None of this is mandatory. It’s a voluntary artform.
