Hi, I'm Rachel. I've struggled with anxiety and depression for years. Stress made me fall on my face. Literally, I survived a Severe Traumatic Brain Injury. The anxiety and depression increased exponentially. I know I'm not the only one with these disorders. I'm not a doctor nor a therapist. I'm looking for solutions to help me in between therapy solutions. There are resources out there for day to day life. Come with me on this journey to create more happiness.
